I HAVE BEEN VERY BUSY SINCE I RECEAVED THIS PRODUCT. SO I HAVE NOT MADE IT ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE PROGRAM YET. BUT I HAVE FOUND THAT IT IS OK THE INFORMATION IS SET UP PERFECTLY TO BE LEARNED ATYOUR OWN PASS. I TRUELY LOOK FORWARD TO FINISHIING ALL THE INFORMATION. I HAVE GREAT FAITH THAT IT WILL CHANGE MY LIFE.

Dr. Andrew Weil's Mind-Body Toolkit
The guided imagery CD was extremely helpful (even more so than the breathing disc). I learned how to relax fully, which relieved the stress of a cancer diagnosis. It helped me to get back to sleep during restless nights. The music following the guided imagery is also excellent.
Great Learning Experience
Very interesting, I still use the sound therapy portion to fall asleep to when I need it. Also practical. And makes a great get well soon gift.
Not what I expected
I've been a fan of Dr. Weil's written material and website. I was looking for something to listen to while resting or trying to rest. I found this was too intense. I'm keeping it, as I move forward I believe this will be a good fit. In the meantime, I really enjoy the sound wave tracks.
